We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst with a strong background in data management and Excel proficiency to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to support business decisions, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data systems. This role demands expertise in Excel formulas, pivot tables, and macros, with the ability to generate comprehensive reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mathematics and 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
This position is a member of eHealth Technologies Data Analysis Team which is comprised of team members that are deployed to create and maintain all reports assigned.
Data analysts play a crucial role in organizations by transforming raw data into actionable insights.
- Running regular reports and maintaining dashboards

Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and maintaining data in Excel ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and automate reports using Excel formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
- Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and support business decision-making.
- Create and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with different departments to understand data requirements and deliver customized reports.
- Troubleshoot data issues and implement solutions to improve data integrity.
- Provide training and support to team members on Excel and data management best practices.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of data management processes and tools.
- Know how to work with Power BI.
- Basic knowledge of data analytics

- Generate, maintain, consolidate, and track daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Prepare dashboards and reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Collect and analyze data sets using MSSQL, MySQL and Advance Microsoft Excel.
- Proactively interact with stakeholders to ensure timely preparation of MIS reports.
- Understand processes, delivery, and operations management to align reporting with business objectives.
- Analyze data and reports from multiple sources to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Prepare ad hoc reports as per stakeholder requirements.
- Work with other functions to assist in maintaining trackers for streamlined reporting.
- Identify opportunities to automate reports, snapshots, and dashboards to improve efficiency.
- Ensure reports are contextual, audience-specific, and relevant to business needs.
- Ensure on-time and accurate delivery of reports, analysis, and service requests.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in data analysis, MIS reporting, and creating dashboards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Experience with data management tools.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with various departments.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar MIS or data management role.
- Open to work in flexible shift
- Monitor trends, performance metrics, and assist managers in process improvement.
- Proficiency in VBA, SQL and Excel (Basic + Advanced) is required.
- Advanced skills MS Excel, BI tools, including formulas, VLOOKUP, and dashboard creation.
- Strong expertise in data analytics and data modelling.
